I don't look at other men, although if you'relight in the plimsolls and like to then fair play. I think that was the politically correct way to play that one, no one to take offence at that. Nowon the other hand if a young lady had the top 3 buttons undone on ANY shirt and was displaying her decolletage then I would most definitely notice but not in a lewd way more in appreciation of her right to wear what she likes when she likes. Having a collar turned up on a Hackett or Nickelson polo was massive in about 2002. I know this cos I did it *hangs head in shame*
I doubt this trend has actually come back in any serious way, although with the retro/vintage/2nd hand look being big in some bits of the country it's possible.

Certainly is bigger thing here, probably because in North America it does mark one as a "chad" who will at other times wear a sweater tied about his neck and will tell you about how he is "heading to lake this weekend with Bunny and the labradoodle"

Given the gradual deterioration in the quality of West Ham fan found at the new stadium, I would not be remotely surprised to see popped polo collars aplenty this season.
Can I just say to anybody thinking of doing it, though - you would be better off drowning yourself in the river after falling off one of those horrific swan-boats while clutching tickets to the paedo slide at the Mittal Orbit.

Driving shoes used to have grippers on the ankle part, suppose to stop yer feet slipping, of course everyone has got an automatic now, so it's less of an issue
